Can banks to anything if a 1st worlder takes a lot of loans from many banks and then gtfo to a 3rd world shithole without extradition?
Do they have bounty hunters to deal with that kind of shit?

Good morning boys.
I have a question about wallets and taxes.
If I buy my coins on Coinbase, transfer to a wallet like coinbase/wallet, then transfer back to coinbase to cash out for USD will Coinbase still keep track of my capital gains and send me a 1099?
Or will I have to manually keep track of how much I paid for each asset and how much I sold each asset for and subtract the difference for each transaction?
