How do you actually buy a house with a mortgage though? Like is it even real? Realtor sends me 10 shitty houses and 3 good ones. I say OK hurry and let's look at the three good ones it's been listed only1.4 seconds. She replies instantly to say 'oh sorry, they all sold 1.5 seconds after listing, fuck you teehee~' . I already got the loan before looking at houses because the loan guy said it's the best way to get a house before someone else snatches it up. But it is not working for me at all. I have up to a 200k loan and 8k down, but all the best houses are 140-160k and get stolen immediately. Do I get one of the lower quality homes that are 100-120k/170-200k? They all need a lot more work so it confuses me how the best ones are cheaper than the 170-200k homes. I kind of think it's all fake and this is some Truman show bullshit going on. I have <3 months left on my apartment lease, I started house shopping two months ago and my realtor has yet to show me a single house in person.
