Also that pic says to just drink milk, but you should really get a cow share from a farm near you that you would like to support if they seem like good people (most are) and make sure it is grass fed. Then you can drink raw milk. Raw milk has many benefits that are too many to list here. It is blood plasma essentially. https://www.westonaprice.org/the-biochemical-magic-of-raw-milk-and-other-raw-foods-glutathione/
this article is not comprehensive. Also weston a price thinks PUFAs are essential fats, but they are good on milk and he discovered "the price factor" which is a rejuvenating molecule found in certain foods. Pasteurized has oxidized cholesterol particles that bond to cellular structures in your body so it isn't even just lactose sugar water after pasteurization, it's harmful.

I'm not sure I haven't researched them.

I actually haven't gotten that, I should. I do have gravity water filter with fluoride removal, so that helps. Also, I use celtic sea salt which has organic iodine compounds which can help with iodine deficiency if you use it enough (sodium does not raise blood pressure it actually decreases stress and is a critical electrolyte)

Fish oil not good for heart. Olive oil is *mono*unsaturated so it's less susceptible to oxidation than polyunsaturated PUFAs, but it is somewhat neutral in terms of inflammation. Same for peanut butter, but I tried eating some peanut butter after abstaining from PUFA for a month or two and could feel the stress it caused, so I would say it is not neutral, but it might be different for others. You're welcome. Diet is the basis of a healthy mind and body. You are what you eat. That's why there is so much depression and $0Y cuckery today
