I want to start a business. Moreover, I want to start a chain of successful businesses. It's retail but niche and there is definitely a market for it. I have very little start up capital but enough to create a small, 1500 sq ft shop and hopefully expand from there. And there are grant opportunities so I can save a lot of money. But the real estate question bugs me. I would like to own the building the business is in, but real estate is wicked expensive right now. However I'm looking at alternative real estate, such as old churches and historic homes. It's not cheap but there are revitalization grants available.
Do I start small and lease a year or two prior to expansion? Or do I go the McDonald's route and become a real estate company that sells burgers (as they say)?

Bruh, and I'm looking at that PERX chart and it's looking fucking nice.
Would you mind spoonfeeding me a little bit? What sets PERX apart as a project?
BTW, my main microcap hold is BOND. It might not be the right time to buy it, though. If it pumps, it will likely happen in April.

RBC is going to get there, but personally I think 1 month is a bit optimistic. 20x within 6 months is more realistic.

Can anyone tell me the most hasslefree way to buy American stonks while living in Japan?

So many fudders are like this.
Low IQ, poor grasp of English, intellectually lazy.
Hmm, I wonder why.
