What you're talking about is a very small and localized event. What's coming is huge and at least all the western governments are in on it (maybe, possibly the BRICS aren't). So there's gonna be massive food shortages due to bad crops from lack of fertilizer. There's gonna be supply chain failures from lack of fuel. There's not gonna be anything resembling "normal" because everyone will be hungry and broke because they lost all their money in the stonks & bonds and the value of their cash evaporated through inflation. There's not gonna be any neighborhood country currency to fall back on, because they're all getting fucked, aside from possibly the BRICS if'n they actually do manage to launch their new system.
