Same reason they paint shit like this. It's expressive of their nature, their spirit. They love ugliness and hate beauty. They hate nature and natural things, and they are in eternal rebellion against nature. They are ugly repulsive creatures, so they want to make the world ugly and make ugliness and repulsive things the norm, and exalt it. Same reason they promote unhealthiness and perversity.

Their goal with it all is, if they saturate society with ugliness and perversions and sickness then it transforms the people living in it. It has a harmful and lasting effect on the people. When a people is constantly exposed to unnatural buildings and disgusting art and music, ugly people and all manners of unhealthy things, then it changes that people, it changes the individuals, it slowly poisons their minds and changes their natural, native values and likes and dislikes.
