That pic makes me physically ill. FED is simply allowing its old securities to mature while the money supply just keeps rising. Big kek

Why are people so intent on investing into something called the fuckin widowmaker? NG is just too volatile. The number of rigs is going up and it ain't gonna get colder

>Germany's gubbermint lowers its GDP guidance from 1.3 to 0.2% for 2024
Heh, nothing personnel kid. Seriously, what the hell is Germany even doing? How are EU economies so fragile so as failing to handle such pathetically low rates?
Construction is basically Covid levels in Germany

>German real estate prices crashing at the highest rate in almost 60 years
According to the Kiel German Real Estate Index, apartments fell by 8.9%, single-family houses by 11.3%, and apartment buildings by 20.1% compared to 2022.
Holy hell is that true German bros? I know the construction index is at Covid levels but shouldn't that drive up prices? Are prices in Germany really falling that hard? If that is the case, I might pick myself up a nice house in Germany

Should have seen Norway, m8. +3.5%, literally holy crap. But what do they expect? Restrict supply but people need to live somewhere and buy houses so of course the price keeps going up. Plus more and more people. FUckin retards that refuse to build more. My father bought yet another house in 2022 and he's already bigly up. Nah, those that didn't buy during ZIRP, Covid, or 2009 crisis have been priced out forever.
Btw, Germany are you alright? Seems like you just gave up on building seeing as it's contracting as hard as during Covid.
