if there was a good possibility (say 50%) of GALT being worth a billion dollars, someone would have bought them out by now for several hundred million...
They've been trying to get people to buy them out and the share price just keeps falling. it seems there isn't anything to hold it up. what if they just keep falling and then get bought out for $150million-$200million (right in their current range)?
There is no reason to assume that a buyout would be an astronomical 500% premium, asking anything over a 100% premium is unusual. The only hope is that they actually get enough phase 3 results shown to pump the stock price and then get a premium over that. But that won't be anytime soon. Hopefully they find some support in their current range (near $3.20)

I'm not a fashion person
To me it just looks like a person dressed "normally". the fit isn't anything special. the bathtub isn't anything special, maybe for Europe that rates as a nice tub but it looks a bit short for an American bather.
For me, high fashion is wearing full-kit NYSE around the house: pit jacket, tie, comfortable walking shoes. Lanyard and headset optional, exasperated or smug look (depending on market conditions) mandatory. The whole affair.
