Anyway, conservative price targets for crude have it being around the ATH of about $150 per barrel (it's $120 now) at the peak with $6 national average (it's $5 now).
But, if you account for inflation, the ATH from 2008 today is actually about $200.
$200 crude would put the national average above $7.
