is going on smoke breaks a good way to relieve stress?

How do I stop having panic attacks every time the price dips? I keep thinking this is the big one and that 50% of my net worth will get wiped out in an instant every time I see it start to fall. I'm a neet and all of my money is in crypto. I've been trying to use my time to learn software engineering and get a job so I never have to worry about the price of btc again but it's going to take me at least another year to become employable, and if the price dumps below $25k I'm not going to have enough money to last me that long.

This post was interesting to me because I have a wife and we're thinking about starting a family soon. I work a stressful white collar job that doesn't pay enough, but it does provide stability and healthcare.

I don't know if I can just walk in and quit. The job is getting more and more stressful though every couple of months (boss is trying to do less actual work and more "management" type bullshit). So I'm looking for a way out but nervous and kind of afraid to really consider quitting. Oh yeah and I fucking hate LinkedIn, networking, interviewing etc. so that doesn't help.
