>Vine 2.0
TikTok is the #1 social media app in the world
TikTok has 1.5 billion users registered
TikTok uses machine learning recommendation to remove the need for decision and choice for it's users. They are literally deciding what these 1.5 billion users think, feel, like, do.
TikTok has already invested or has stakes in multiple news companies
Vine failed because they ran out of money, meanwhile TikTok is owned by a massive Chinese corporation called ByteDance.

Next time do your due diligence before you dismiss something because it's "cringe".

Obviously TikTok is not the same as the internet, that was a dramatic comparison to make a point. Don't attack that strawman of my actual argument, which is about the actual value of TikTok. We're in a thread about making money, and to dismiss TikTok entirely as a way of making money by calling it Vine 2.0 is extremely short-sighted.

>Exploiting is not the same word as advantage
Exploit: make full use of and derive benefit from (a resource).
Advantage: the opportunity to gain something; benefit or profit.

Don't play semantics, you'll lose.
