How many times must I explain this?

The projections crashed the market a week before the data case out. The market crashed so hard we hit circuit breakers for the third time in a 30 day period.

You’re hopeless if you still don’t get this. Don’t tell me that 3.5 is near the high end of projections so it should have had a fourth day of circuit breakers.
