>RC ventures enters into a standstill agreement with BBBY after Cohen buys enough shares and calls to bully the board of directors to outting the CEO and installing 3 of his picks on the board specifically to head up BABY and have history of M&A
>Cohen then sells his shares, creates TEDDY.COM and the holding company, registers trademarks of overlapping between GME and BBBY products that same week. Selling his shares because a deal is being worked out and to avoid litigation for conflict of interest.
>BBBY put out a statement that they are working with RC Ventures and are under an NDA during the standstill which is defined as "in a takeover restricts the amount of shares a shareholder can acquire in the company and prevents others from also purchasing to takeover"
