So let me get this straight. I buy at $20/oz back in 2020. That same $20 has been inflated to $24. If I sold now at spot...I've broke even in terms of buying power...but now I have to pay 15% capital gains tax on what they inflated to begin with. I already paid tax on the money I bought the silver with back in 2020. This is such bullshit.
