I don't really focus on supplements because, based on the research I've done, looking at the food as a whole and how all the components work together to make you healthy and to digest easily is the best way to be healthy. Supplements in excess can cause deficiencies of other things because they compete for uptake, but often they are found in balance in the whole foods you eat. Make sure to get organic everything, grass fed meats, and pasture raised eggs. Free range eggs are still factory farmed indoors on grain. The reason for all that is most soil in unorganic food and therefore the grains most grain fed animals are fed is depleted of trace minerals which causes diseases like tinnitus, cancer, so on in pic related.
