Why Skycoin will succeed.

The internet today cannot scale well enough and with more than a billion new devices coming online with the IoT revolution a new internet has to be created.

IoT needs mesh networking rather than centralized servers/connections to handle the data since IoT is based on speed and communcation with other IoT devices rather than storing big chunks of data. IoT devices need to be able to talk to each others to solve problems and/or self heal the network. They can not rely on centralized solutions so that they can't talk to each other just because their centralized connection went down for a moment.

This is where something like Skycoins Skywire comes in. You don't want your IoT devices to get hacked but you want them to be able to communicate with other devices and to be connected to a well structured and secure network. The internet we use today is not very secure as we all know and IoT devices would likely get hacked very often.

Skywire is the solution since it offers scalability, security and privacy.

IoT is in need of Skywire and Skywire is in need of users/nodes to be successful, it goes hand in hand.

If you do not believe me, just read about the current internets scalability, IoT scalability, IoTs requirements, IoT and mesh networking and why the internet is broken

You won't need an ISP once Skywire is fully deployed, and it will be free if you run a Skynode or hold Skycoins (both of which generate Coin Hours to spend on internet access, storage, computaton, dapps etc).
