Newfags always have to learn the hard way.

It's bearish as what follows ETF news (in crypto) is a big fall in the price.

ETF news/rumors/etc are bearish, not bullish. Whenever you start hearing news about ETFs and people resorting to ETF-related cope, you know massive dumpage is ahead. People were talking about muh ETF in 2018 as well. Only newfags think ETF=bullish.

The beyond retarded ETF-cope by newfags is nothing new. Here's a chart from July 20th 2018. Newfags have always latched onto any "ETF news" and used it as cope for why a massive rally is imminent. Those newfags become older fags, learn their lesson, and stop coping with ETF every time it pops up in news. New newfags arrive and latch onto the new "ETF news" and use it to cope. And so it goes, on and on, despite "ETF news" being bearish. Because the newfags think Bitcoin began when they made their first crypto purchase and nobody has traded Bitcoin prior to that. Undoubtably this post will trigger some of those newfags into a frothing rage. That itself isn't anything new; they always seethe at instead of learning from valuable information.
