Got into crypto sept 2017

Had a 2x by Dec which I owe the IRS backed capital gains tax on

Been in the red since January

DCA'd all of 2018, lost a fuck ton more money

Haven't been in profits for over 18 months now.

I don't even remember what it was like to actually make money on crypto anymore.

DCA'd into BCH all of 2018. Have a big stack of BCH and BSV. Alts never really recovered so I didn't even get a chance to break even before this bloodbath. I could've DCA'd into BTC instead and been up 2-3x easily. This market is getting really depressing. Idk what to do anymore.

Anyone else worried that we had a blowoff top at 9k and were about to see another dump forcing us to retest 6k support?

I'm a little worried.

Majority of BTC miners are in China. China has an internet firewall that slows down bandwidth. This is the reason they want to keep BTC at 1MB.

Exchange gets hacked and ETH finds a major bug a few days before update goes live but prices didn't crash.

Makes you think.

How to increase your stack during this bear market:

>Sit in fiat until big crash in price
>Wait for bottom to stabalize a little, dont try to catch a falling knife
>Wait for the deadcat bounce pump
>Sell into profits, full back into fiat
>Wait for the next crash

Do this and stop getting absolutely assblasted everytime the price drops.

You can do this with alts too, since they just follow what BTC does anyways.

BTC couldn't hold above 4k after crashing from 6k. If you don't realize this is going to 2k you deserve to lose 50%

Buy house brand new in 2013 for 207k. 2018 assestment value is 246k.

Got to move out of shitty 1970s apartment where rent was $1100, move into a large brand new house with a big yard for my dog.

No annoying noises from sharing a wall/floor/ceiling with apartment neighbors.

Reminder that in the last bear market after the price dropped for 1 year it traded sideways in the $200 range for 10 months before the bull run started. You really think the bull run starts with a 4 day pump? This is just whales liquidating shorts.

Hopefully the moon bois and pajeets are gone by now so we can regularly get above 80 IQ conversations again.

Redpill me on BTC scaling. I still can't get any definitive info on what the plan is. Are people just hoping on LN or is the block size going to be increased soon?
