Anyone who bought and used XMR before March 3rd 2033 is exempt from the one-off Capital Levy. You only have to register yourself (free of cost) as a Privacy Enhanced Cryptocurrency (PECC) user at your nearest tax office and declare your total holdings.
Anyone who bought or uses XMR after March 3rd 2033 is required to register as a PECC user and have to pay 6.6% VAT and 19.0% Financial Risk Tax.

Running a Monero node is permitted only if you are registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in accordance with Inflation Signals Criminalisation Act of 2032.

If you are not registered as a PECC user and are caught using PECCs you will be fined 420 SDRs and/or 12 years in rehabilitation. Same with being a VASP without registration.
