I live in montenegro so ill give you some insight,this is a crypto narco state there is no factories here no farming nothing only tourism and it sucks and this has always been the case our history before the 20 century is being a hideout for bandits and robbers,in months when latino ships come in is the months that pensions and pays get paid because the cocaine comes with them,we had a teenager find 400 kg of cocaine in banana crates and the head of state literally came down to cover it up and people got mad at the teenager for being nosey.
Entire cities throw parties when their local mafia boss gets out of jail its not a real state it exists so that the cartel can have a port in europe.
So this crypto thing is pretty much the same its just a front for something the mafia in our government wants to lounder or who knows what.
