Look, everyone just literally wants to look like the same girl. What I find fascinating is that most normies I point this out to realize how sadistic and sick it is that Korean culture has gone to such an extremely perverse direction that plastic surgery is the norm, people hate how they biologically look, and the media constantly shoves it as a positive down their throats...but then won't bat an eye about the same happening to the west but with a slightly different nuance.
