Look go creat an account on m1 finance that allows you to buy fractional shares and check outs some of the stocks in my portfolio. I have it setup so I get high dividends and a weekly payout with low fees.

T is a great pick,but if you're not dripping that into some high yielders,youre doing it wrong.
T is maybe %4 percent of my portfolio,but I'm more REIT heav-NRZ LTC and O ,with some gold and a "Mini Dow" basket I created.

I'm at a 7% yield rn but may add some AMD for more growth
