I wokeup in a sleep paralysis state just now. My mind aware, but my body very calm. I started breathing in THE pattern. My body began vibrating heavily. Every inch of my nervous system was tingling. The vibrations grew larger and larger until I lost hearing and music started to play through the silence. It fealt like i was about to pass out. The walls of my house started cracking (old house so wood popping is normal, but this was 3-4 times a second is not). At this point i started to feel immense fear. Breathing became manual and I was out of the state. I tried to re-enter, but couldn't without my mind taking over to distract. What just happened? How can I profit from this?
