XRP has been the only player in crypto basically begging for regulations and firm definitions from the government, and now they are in a position where the right legal team would allow them to mold the shape of court precedence. Regardless to what ultimately happens to ripple, things are going to change bigly. Personally I see pros and cons in XRP getting smashed and haven't decided what would be most beneficial to my portfolio (not holding xrp).

Also think ripple wanted to go to court for this.
