Can companies cancel interviews for no reason? Last weekend I had an internship interview with a local company scheduled for Wednesday, but the hr rep emailed me on Monday to say her boss had something "come up" and she will get back with me. I haven't heard back and I'm getting paranoid that they cancelled. I had to submit writing samples and I chose my best work, but now I think it was too much.

My application was perfect so I think they are discriminating against me for intelligence. Is it possible to sue?
