Infrastructure spending has a huge roi allowing you create new industry hubs because people will actually have the means to get there. You can't start talking about building industry without first having roads, public transport, and planes.
This is right, but the current system is absolutely not set up to do it the right way. this will just mean more suburbia, and suburbia is NOT SUSTAINABLE from a financial perspective. You're throwing mass infrastructure spending away and ultimately making everything worse if you use it to build out, not up.
Fat chance though, people think chain stores = good economy
