Basically, what got me stacking real fucking quick was the part about the canadian truckers and their supporters having their bank accounts frozen. And also similar shit like in Kazakhstan where they tried to require vaxx pass to access bank funds.
I was already pretty fed up since the very beginning of the "pandemic", since it was an obvious shit test. That's when I started stacking canned food and other supplies, long before I knew all the details of how the bankers fit into all this. At some point I started thinking about also buying gold, but since my money was spread out in many different accounts overseas, it was a big can of worms that I resisted until I just couldn't ignore it any longer. And yeah it was a huge PITA because I had to spend entire days from morning until night on the fucking phone trying to reach some cunt so I could actually have access to my own money. And I had to write notarized letters, etc. And I had to sign up to some currency conversion platforms, even buy a smartphone just for that (I only had dumbphone before, and liked it that way). And then I had to time the transfers so I could get the best currency conversion rates, which was kinda rough with the USD being all over the place this summer/fall. But finally I got it all done, and the last of those savings I spent a couple weeks ago to buy a few more gold krugs and silver coins.
