I found out a month later that Moses also had the same experience with the "electric rays of light" beaming from his temples. It felt like static electricity and the horns were "spinning and growing" is the best way I could describe it. It was a real physical experience

he manifests signs for us to witness and his ideas enter into our minds and serve to make clear that which confounded or confused us before
for example, this horned Moses concept was new to me until just now and I "stumbled" onto it after praying today

and the magnetic horns which I felt a month ago was something that I didn't understand until seeing the "horned Moses" today for the first time
