We’ve relegated trailer parks sooo far to the peripheries, and we wonder about our surging homeless population. And with the current crop of millennials and zoomers, I’m thinking home ownership is going out the window but the bubble is still going to inflate.

Checks out, go for it, whatever you lose you have the rest of your life to earn back. BUT I think every dollar in the mouse right now is money well spent.

Just saw the cover of Entertainment magazine and realized we have not even begun to moon. Typically Disney dips in summer and surges in winter... we will see if that happens. High gas prices aren’t good for amusement parks, but could be good for that summer lineup.

I know nothing about the new X-men movie though, and just got a very bad feeling when I saw Sansa Stark is involved.
