I'm pretty sure an official partnership is going to be announced with Polygon (could be wrong, but signs are pointing to it).
RBC has mentioned previously they are going to use matic for L2 solutions.

Over a week ago, they decide to shift focus to L2

6 days later a surprise AMA is announced with Polygon on L2 solutions

This is hyper bullish folks, we could of L2 implemented VERY SOON!

AMA is this friday on L2 solutions - RBC is using Polygon (matic) for this.
my gut feeling is that the RBC will have L2 rolled out within the next couple of weeks or so

RBC has shifted focus to implementing L2 in Q1 rather than Q2
