Good questions! I'm working on an Affiliate Marketing project right now. I'm at Stage One. Never ran a business. Never built a website. My hustle is weak. But this is the first time I had a clear vision for something. I believe this could work.

>How is everyone approaching their goals/tasks/motivation.
Off to a flaky start! Today I just wrote down some niche's but none of them really stuck yet. I got some wordpress guides, I haven't watched any yet. Did watch a few youtube videos. The niche is the current hurdle.

>Do you have a purpose of doing anything, or is it just to make any money?
Initially it was about money. And I still think "Oh man. The money if I'm successful!" But now I see the REAL opportunity. I thought affiliate marketing was all spam. I didn't fully understand it. And that is because most of these sites are selfish spammers, selling shitty stuff. Who wants a crappy book, course, or program with no substance? Hell no! That's wrong you guys.

The more I read up, the more I envision real value. It's almost like magazines in our internet era. And people read them! You could craft a lifestyle about some of your favorite interests. With pictures, videos, product reviews, guides, illustrations, or articles that get people to check out your world. And here's the kicker, even if it fails to "sell". Then at least you STILL have a brand that can be sharpened up and churned into something tangible.

>How do you stay focused?
Something I do need to discipline myself with! This one absolutely needs the most work. I quit gaming about 8 months ago. Still I find myself in the habit of watching twitch, youtube, browsing reddit and 4chan. That will be cut down next. Twitch is garbo. YT is too vast. 4chan and reddit are a problem for me.

>How do you balance other commitments like work or study?
I only work 7 hours a day and sleep 5-8 hours. Subtract 2 hours for bullshit. I honestly have no excuse NOT to be putting in a 8-12 hours daily grind.
