NEM starting to move up with gold. up almost 3% today. now only down 45% on my heavy NEM bags.

recreational use was recently approved in my state. haven't smoked in years, so i went to the dispensary and picked up a bit. now, i don't even want it anymore. even though i didn't smoke any, i just know that it won't be satisfying at all.

Can someone here explain warrants at ibkr to me?
Let's say it says STK WAR AUG16'22 10 EUR Call (UNIAG,1.0) for a price of 5€. Does that mean it's technically in the money once the stock hits 15.01€? And I get to exercise it at August 16th 2022 with an exercise ratio of 1 meaning one stock per warrant?
Am I missing something? Cause there are tons of warrants that are ITM by a large margin, I don't get ibkr's system please someone help me
