i realize youre likely trolling, but ill play along anyway. the answers are because...

1) you're not asking us to apply it to cryptography. you're asking us to apply it to someone's claim of pseudonymity -- a claim which that someone stands to gain from immensely, and

2) this is not a system of law, and

3) why would i trust him when i have absolutely zero familiarity with his history of trustworthiness? if i were to trust a total stranger to work on my car or my teeth, it would only be because i've at least verified that he has a history of satisfied clients in that line of work
