Do you guys see the US gov as fundamentally unaligned with Ripple?
Due to the utility of Treasury being able to financially sanction entities worldwide via SWIFT, I really think that the Americans have every reason to smother Ripple.
It's not a coincidence that Brad is always talking about non-US customers and possible relocation to a non-US domicile.
I think this is the biggest challenge to XRP. The question "is XRP a security" comes from this parent problem, imo.
