You do know the Fed cut rates BEFORE the stock market crashed in 2008? In fact the Fed lowered rates 5 times before the market even bottomed out.

Dot Com Bubble the Fed Cut rate 11 times in 2001 however The Nasdaq Composite peaked in February 2000 but wouldn’t bottom out until September 2002.

Rate Cuts are not bullish!
