It literally says in Wikipedia that "Google has admitted to using the APIs, and has since transitioned Android to a copyright-unburdened engine, but argues their original use of the APIs was within fair use."

This will have no impact on being able to use the current versions of Android. And even if there was copyright infringement going on, all Google would have to do is pay a license to Oracle (probably passing the costs to the endusers)

Also, there are several de-Googlefied versions of android focused on privacy.
