CG artist, got a comfy, challenging job working as a generalist for a really cool AR/VR startup, even though I make more money off of freelance and independent projects on the side.
I just wanted to have people to socialize with and learn from, as well as fix my sleep schedule, so getting a dayjob was a good decision - sitting alone in my house for weeks on end wasn't healthy.

Getting into crypto so I can get rid of all the excess money I have now, though. :^]
