Dairy is for BABY cows., which are ripped away on day 1 for the veal industry.

The cows are artificially inseminated repeatedly until they can no longer produce milk.
Often producing blood/puss mixed in due to the vacuum machines drying out their udders.
They are in no way healthy & happy - and that goes for all "grass fed, free range" farms too.

Raw milk from a small farm is less-bad. Can't say better bc still it's meant for a different species, containing IGF-1, which causes cancer in humans.

Additionally, lactic acid is acidic. Acidic blood ph inhibits the flow of oxygen, which promotes cancer growth. (Oxygen kills cancer)

When the blood becomes too acidic, it uses the calcium from our bones to neutralize the acidity, causing osteoporosis.

The food pyramid has never changed in a decade because it promotes sick people to profit from.

Solution:
Any milk can be processed using any nut like almonds, cashews, macadamia, or hemp seeds.
Just add water, maple syrup, and salt and complete with bioavailable nutrients.
