I'm reading the book for historical context and to learn more about the stock market through time as opposed to wanting a framework for my own game. I'm an engineer in tech so it's easy to be on the "tech is the future, all-in" side so it's beneficial, in my opinion, to get the opposing view. I don't believe we're in a bubble comparable to the dot-com one; however, humans are predictable and behaviors are limited. Hedging more often can and will be valuable. We (those in software/hardware) development don't even know exactly when the tech future we envision will come. It can be in 10 years. It can also be in 100 years (not due to lack of innovation, but politics and so on).
