It doesn't matter how amazing their ML tech is: you can't run a business forever with negative profit margins. All these companies are running out of investor cash to keep them afloat, and more and more it's looking like they'll never be able to achieve the kind of revenue they need to warrant their valuations. SF has so many problems, like insane housing costs, crime, and homelessness, that as soon as these companies start to cut back on salary and benefits all of their workers will flee and the city's tax base will vanish. SF spends a lot of money, so that will be a big, big problem.

The city is a housing bubble built on top of a tech bubble built on top of a venture capital bubble built on top of a banking bubble. I just need a way to short their muni bonds.
