XRP is already dead bizbro, just look at the yearly chart. They are doing the last ditch effort to pump this shit for the banks to get out.

Velo is the new king in town.

The Velo Protocol is developed by Velo Labs, a company which has already formed partner and investment relations with various prominent institutions such as the CP Group, Lightnet Group, Seven Bank and Uni-President Asset Holdings as investors.

>The CP Group is Thailand's largest private company and one of the world's largest conglomerates. As of 2020 the group has investments in 21 countries with revenue of over $60 billion USD.

>Lightnet was also founded by a member of the CP family, which owns all Thai-based 7–11 convenience stores and several popular shopping malls and supermarkets. Lightnet will integrate Velo protocol into their core business right at the mainnet start, with cheap cross-border payments, mobility and inclusivity for unbanked chinks as core focus.

>Uni-President Asset Holdings is the investment department of Uni-President Enterprises Corp. The company operates more than 9,000 7–11 convenience stores and Starbucks in Taiwan, mainland China, and the Philippines.

On the tech side he said they are planning to release the mainnet in Q4 this year, so you only have 2 more months to get onboard the train. Their latest progress:

>Released the Velo Testnet, Hermes v1 for the Stellar - Evrynet warp transfer protocol, along with the Velo Dashboard v1, Velo smart contracts and oracle service and the Velocity wallet.

>Evrynet Environment released with Ethereum - Evrynet Warp Protocol bridge ready to connect to DeFi projects.

>Audited by PeckShield, they already fixed the issues here: https://github.com/velo-protocol/DRS

Do you need anything more than this to go all in ?

Well Velo is a complex system, but it’s very logical when you think about it. It is split into two parts, for a reason, MakerDAO had a lot of problems and even now with multi collateral DAI it still fails to keep the peg and keep up with demand and as more centralized assets are added to collateralize DAI it becomes less decentralized.

Now here comes the interesting part, as we have seen with DAI being limited in use due to collateral and also complexity of the system, Velo decided to split and tackle each problem separately. You have the credit creation mechanism, that has to be user intuitive and use assets that are common, to onboard people quickly into the system and also ensure than their hard earned money is not at risk; and you have the value transfer mechanism, that offers convenience and innovates in the remittance/cross border transfer field, so that you don’t have to depend on banks for the conversion in different currencies, you mint stablecoins that are pegged to the exchange rate of different Fiat pairs with Velo tokens.

Slowly everyone will understand, those who don’t will be swept by the revolution.

Many of today's DeFi usecases are just toys created for the accumulation of riches by the elite few, the modern day anonymous Belforts, the smiling, slimy code-literate Trump shillers.

“Today, Southeast Asia contains an underbanked population of some 450 million people, with more than 20 million being migrant workers who need to work abroad due to systemic poverty and lack of work opportunities."

This is what Velo wants to tap into, a real usecase and now you retards might have seen this shill before and you ask what makes it different ?

Unlike existing vaporware projects out there like XRP and RSR, the stable credits issued by the Velo Protocol can be pegged to any customized unit value, allowing businesses to leverage their existing infrastructure, branding and user base.

>The Charoen Pokphand Group is a Thai conglomerate based in Bangkok. It is Thailand's largest private company and one of the world's largest conglomerates. As of 2020 the group has investments in 21 countries with revenue of over $60 billion USD to date.

>Lightnet was also founded in Thailand by a member of the Charoen Pokphand family, which owns all Thai-based 7–11 convenience stores and several popular shopping malls and supermarkets. Lightnet will integrate Velo protocol into their core business right at the mainnet start, with cheap cross-border payments, mobility and inclusivity for unbanked Asians as key elements of their service.

>Uni-President Asset Holdings is the investment department of Uni-President Enterprises Corp. The company operates more than 9,000 7–11 convenience stores and Starbucks in Taiwan, mainland China, and the Philippines.

When the Chairman of Velo was asked why would he embark on something like this when he had TrueMoney and many other businesses he said: "If i don't disrupt myself, someone else will". Now you dirty shizzos understand the scale of this, it is not your average 0 day DeFi scam, it's an entire ecosystem built from the ground up.

Don’t bother anon, retards just want to lose money. They don’t know that Velo is the future of finance, with the amount of backing and reach it has from the CP group, it will engulf everything quickly. Cripple is just a scam coin created to be dumped on retail, while Velo is created to empower the retail with cheap and fast payments and remittance and later down the road lending/borrowing. It will fix everything that is wrong with DeFi right now.

How hard is to see that they are letting people slowly accumulate, if they went on Binance first and gave everything out there we would have had 0 chance to build our stacks, armies of pajeets paid with 1$ per hour would have bought every dip and they would have ruined Velo. The retail will get in at $7.11, that is when singularity will start.

I mean you are right OP, XRP had 5 years and it failed miserably. Velo already does everything better and has real utility to their token.

The team behind XRP cucked out and couldn’t get past the SEC hammer and had to split Ripple technology from XRP, hence the token is useless and the network a trash centralized excel spreadsheet.

Velo is the MakerDAO for institutionals built on top of Stellar, a true blockchain that is created for businesses. It will overtake XRP fast and render it obsolete as they start to implement it across every chink convenience store in SE Asia. Better get in as soon as trading is resumed, more people had time to do research and will fomo.
