also i really wonder what will happen with the people who did the biggerpockets BRRRR method to keep acquiring rental properties with reverse mortgages. what happens when rentoids just stop paying. what happens when the enforcement muscle that carries out evictions is overwhelmed or otherwise just stops giving a shit. what happens when before the evictions are carried out the property has been completely trashed beyond repair.

i would say i see cheap real estate coming but we also have huge firms who will scoop up everything for rentals when the people who built their little rental empire on the BRRRR method get wiped out
