Even those who appear to have no symptoms could be suffering unseen organ inflammation and harm that we won't find out for years. There is some information regarding the virus having an effect on the kidney, testes, and central nervous system that may or may not have basis in reality. There is more that we will only find out in time. There are many unknowns but it is highly unlikely that the virus will have any positive impact on a person's physiology, and there is a definite possibility of long term damage.
