"Hi, I’m Lainey, you have seen me before like on the left so let me introduce myself! I’m one month shy of 32 and all my life I have struggled with how and what am I supposed to be according to society, because I simply never fit in. I have 39 tattoos, I’m single, and childfree by choice. I can’t drive but also don’t want to, so that works out. I’m Hungarian, but have lived in 5 countries on 3 continents, I live out of suitcases usually and I don’t know what homesickness is. I never went to college but I started my first business at age 17, been self employed starting new love projects every few years since. I have always worked in or around fashion and I’m passionate about sustainability. I have very spiritual practises, crystals all over place and my spirit guides are cool enough to write my business plans. I love wine, love food, and hate working out. I have read thousands of books. Literally. I’m usually still in bed at 11am but work until midnight. I feel at home both in dive bars and Michelin star restaurants. I’m an empath and a happy person, with all due sarcasm.

Drawing has been a lifelong passion, I created these comics based on my experiences, in the hope of showing women that life choices are personal, not right or wrong. You do you. You’re wonderful just as you are, and the expectations are your self fulfillment and growth, not to stand in line and tick all the boxes. "
