TA is mostly people guessing and being smug when they are right and silent when they are not.

Bank algos do not draw three lines and pretend that's stock sharia from now on that they have to follow. Banks have countless plans and modifiers on a scale beyond our imagination.
If anyone would find a successful algo they would implement it, make huge amounts of money in very short time and subsequently be priced in by other algos that include this algo in their own programs.

I basically just ignore it and make money.
