I am looking to changing fields now that I have finished up my education goals, for now.

Presently, I work as an office manager in a small landscaping company of 50 people. While I have great flexibility and my input is valued by the owners, they are unable to compensate me for the level and volume of work I perform. I make $52k per year with overtime.

I recently finished up getting a master's degree in business regulation and compliance from an okay school. Additionally, I have a bachelors in technical writing and an associates in linguistics.

Yes, my degrees are all over the place, but I put my interests in learning over long term career planning. Now, I realize that wasn't prudent.

Perhaps you could share ideas on what you would pursue if you were in my position or just some general advice?
