Its the day I start my new job, one with a company I've applied to and tried to get multiple times but suddenly this time they gave me the 50's boomer treatment and gave it to me with nothing more than a firm handshake a higher salary than I was even asking for. Its a 50% increase in pay that if I had gotten a year ago when I last tried it would have saved me a tremendous amount of pain and would have let me stack more. The universe always plays these fucking games with me, seriously. Its how I know there has to be a God, my trials are too fucking personal for there not to be.
