They are called "colored coins" or "tokenized assets". Each IOTA token is an individual. You can put a tag on an IOTA token for it to represent something else (lika a share of a company or a building, a concert ticket, 1$, etc.).

It will be possible after Chrysalis mainnet update nexts month. It is already possible on Chrysalis testnet. Management will be possible in new FIREFLY wallet (also released next month). Easy to use tooling will be the main focus of tech-releases in Q2, so also non-devs can utilize it easily.

If we assume IOTA reaches previous ATH (5 $) again after all tech is delivered and ecosystem continues to grow, 10 Gi is a good deal but not "make it".

Long-term best-base is 100-200$ / MIOTA (BTC marketcap) if tech is perfect and some killer policies like "certain data MUST be stored on permissionless DLT (aka The Tangle)" appear.

So I´d say 10Gi suicide, 50+Gi make it
