I'm 20 and I own 19k LINKs plus about $15k in bzrx and rari. In 2017 I thought XRP might unironically go to trillions of $ of marketcap because of it's nostro vostro thing, but then I realised that it's a fucking meme lmao. Thank god biz redpilled me about shitcoins like XRP and IOTA that "seem" like good investments kek. I'm up from $3k to about $240k. Meanwhile a $3k investment in 2018 is even worse. But again tell me why you aren't accumulating XRP like crazy? You mentioned you hold other cryptos, why? I was all in LINK because it was clear as day that it was the only crypto worth anything. I'm just a 20yo zoomer all in LINK with $320k, but I would personally just sell the land and put the money into stock funds or other types of investments like real estate, earning a relatively safe 6%+ per year. $30k per year for a $2m investment seems like utter shit. You aren't even beating inflation with that. Even if the land is worth only $1m, the return is still quite shit at only 3% per year. Unless you personally believe the land value itself will keep growing to make up for the small ROI from the land usage, I would just sell it and put it into other investments like I said. Although keeping land that your grandfather owned is quite based. Try to maybe get paid more for the land usage to even out the total ROI.

Well OP I'm just 20yo and I breached the $300k net worth mark today. I'm from Eastern Europe as well so I "could" sell everything and put it into a fund that earns a solid 8% a year and get about €1800 which is slightly above the average wage in my country. Problem is I don't want to be average. I know Chainlink isn't near its potential at all. I could understand selling now when you have a stack worth $5m and you just can't wait for your "new" life to begin, but selling just for a measly $300k or $500k or even just a $1 million is being scared or being dumb or just being very old that you can't wait that 2 more years for INSANE amount of money which you wouldn't even have to cash out due to Chainlink's staking. Everyone here will suggest you to sell half or so to "lock in" some profits, but that's just being scared. When you sell LINK you are shorting Sergey Nazarov. Tell me another CEO who has been so calculated in the crypto space or even in the fucking world? The time to sell is not now OP when the crypto normans are waking up to decentralised oracles. So far I've gotten myself a 19k LINK stack. I have day dreamed a lot about becoming a multi millionaire/billionaire from my startups. Since I was constantly day dreaming about my startup ideas, I went ahead and learned flutter and built the app. Next step would be to contact businesses and get them to cooperate. I sent 2 messages on LinkedIn, but none of them even "seen" it. I'm stuck day dreaming on how I'm gonna set up a meeting with all the firm handshake, nice clean/fresh looking clothes and get them to cooperate. I'm day dreaming all the possible scenarios on how I'm gonna get in contact with them. One is email spamming, other is LinkedIn, but the IT manager guys this time since they might be more interested in IT solutions. If that fails I'm gonna try get the phone numbers. Gonna hit up the receptionist and larp something up. It's all or nothing. I can't live when I'm constantly thing about the idea. I need to get it out.

When I was 17 I made over 3k by scamming people with counterfeit diamonds on Minecraft.
