Yeah... That's a fucking TERRIBLE return on investment, lel.

Proof or work is a stupid means of generating currency and in practice no better than a central bank or federal reserve.

Blockchain transaction logs attached to every currency unit could have massively positive implications for the financial sector (no more book cooking or money under the table) but failure to deal with structural issues means it will never happen.

You idiots realize that there needs to be a regulatory legal framework that allows fiat ramps and tokenization of real assets to support e-commerce using crypto...

Right now it's clunky, and you need to get tokens off exchanges, wiring money to Kraken etc.

REQ is building a part of that skeleton and will be in a great position once all these pieces start coming together.

Yes, we are years away from any real use for crypto.

The market is merciless, especially if you bought high or at the peak of a bubble.

The only way to eliminate risk is to buy at a discounted rate, like now, after a 90% correction.

BTW, La Paz was a horrible city. Holy crap, you chose a difficult area to live in.

I'm holding at least until the Coinbase listings on June 29th.

After that, fuck this shitty project forever. I will never look back. This is not the next ETH, it never will be.

I'd be SHOCKED if the PwC "partnership" was anything more than a 2-email exchange right now.

Holy shit you're right. I thought this piece of abandonware trash was delisted and defunct.

Jesus, you've given me hope. There's literal garbage and known fraudulent schemes in the top 100. We need to suppress the normie anxiety about ranking and work towards adoption in business.

Speaking of which, us a bag-holders should be a little more pro-active, and perhaps start contacting e-shops and businesses who already accept Bitcoin payments and introduce them to the idea of Request and their Woocommerce plugins.

0rx protocol is basically powering all of the new projects that will be serving as infrastructure for institutional investors, such as Republic Protocol which provides an OTC decentralized darkpool for big money to make atomic swaps between cryopto pairs.

0rx is also going to be used by two new projects which are going to program derivatives financial contracts on the blockchain.

My only regret is buying in so late and holding only 5,000.

Agreed.

They should know by now that the support levels are weak for their token, so anything other than STELLAR fucking progress about ERC20 tokens or the BTC oracle, or progress in fiat integration, will be met with a punishing sell-off.

I hope they read this. I'm banned from their Reddit for FUDing, anon, can you do me a favor and post this on the sub?

Yeah but Khyber does only fiat-fiat.

I don't think that REQ have put forth a technical solution to the fiat-oracle-crypto interface, which is actually the most daunting of the challenges.

This I think is the greatest risk to the project, and I would like to grill the time on how they plan to implement this.

If it succeeds, we're talking about bringing blockchain autism to the masses.

people here buy and sell based exclusively on memes. a lot of people have never read a white paper (i havent) or even know what the fuck the purpose of crypto is in general. memes are literally driving this end of the digital economy with as much power as superbowl advertisements, the main difference being that you dont need 5 million dollars for a 30 second ad - you just need microsoft paint, autism and a lot of free time

Recommend making up testimonies from fictitious REQ holders, whose tokens got burned and they fell on hard times, like:

"I bought 20,000 REQ at ICO, and since the token burning went live, I'm in the negative, -5000 REQ. I was forced to move back in with my Black gf, and he son is physically intimidating".

They are committed as they always were to the main net, which is where most of their development focus is now. And they also happen to be working directly with the Kyber team, literally in the same room. That and their constant updates and communication make this one of the most viable projects in crypto at this time.

Giving incentives for dApps is a great idea and mirrors the model set forth by Ethereum and Neo. You probably know this because it's targeted FUD, but anyway.

I just hope to God I can buy another 100K REQ by March. It's like knowing the winning lottery numbers but not having enough cash for the ticket. Goddamn.

It's actually not FUD but subtle shilling, and I like it.

Anyone serious about REQ already has it, and is not selling until June. We can cut down on the threads.
